1. The service

whitescreentest.app provides free browser-based screen test tools (full-screen colors, dead pixel, backlight bleed, line diagnosis and related utilities). No account is required. The service is provided for personal, lawful use.

2. No warranty

The tools are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Screen test results are indicative, not a professional diagnosis. Always confirm a suspected display defect with the manufacturer or a qualified repair professional before purchasing a repair or replacement.

3. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhiteScreenTest is not liable for any damages arising from use of the site, including decisions made — purchases, warranty claims, repairs — based on test results displayed here.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the tools to deceive anyone in a way that causes harm or financial loss (pranks are fine; fraud is not).
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse the service into a competing product using our assets.
• Downloaded color images are free for personal use.

5. Intellectual property

The site design, text and code are owned by WhiteScreenTest. The underlying test concepts (solid colors, gradients, grayscale) are in the public domain.

6. Changes

We may update these terms or discontinue parts of the service at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
